CardlyMonTerms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)
These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) govern your use of the CardlyMon app (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must uninstall and stop using the App immediately.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, graphics, logos, software code, AI models, and related technologies are the exclusive property of Applus Mobil Hizmetler Limited Şirketi or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Upload harmful, offensive, or copyrighted material without rights
- Interfere with the App’s operation or security
- Attempt to bypass subscription, authentication, or usage limits
- Modify, manipulate, or redistribute data from the App
4. AI Disclaimer
The App uses machine learning and AI for scanning and recognition. AI outputs (price estimates, card predictions, condition assessments) are:
- Not guaranteed to be accurate
- Not official card grades
- For informational purposes only
- Not financial or investment advice
You acknowledge that all decisions based on AI output are your sole responsibility.
5. Subscription & Payments
Some features require a subscription. Payments are processed securely by Apple or Google. We do not access or store payment information.
All purchases follow App Store / Google Play refund policies. We cannot override platform-level refund decisions.
6. User-Generated Content
Card photos or scan data you generate remain under your control. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content strictly to provide App features.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee:
- 100% uptime
- Error-free performance
- Accuracy of data, prices, or card information
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle data. By using the App, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
9. Children’s Use
The App is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services such as cloud hosting, analytics, or AI processing. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App.
12. Disclaimers
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We disclaim all warranties, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or completeness of card data or pricing
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Applus Mobil Hizmetler Limited Şirketi shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or trading value
- Damage resulting from inaccurate AI or data
- Service interruptions or data loss
14. Changes to the Agreement
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
